Curriculum & Classroom Programme
The curriculum introduces AI-literacy concepts — how systems learn, where data comes from, what a model can and can't do — through age-appropriate, hands-on classroom activities rather than abstract lecture.
Each unit is designed to run inside a standard class period with minimal additional equipment, so it fits into an existing timetable rather than requiring a dedicated lab period.

Teacher Enablement
A curriculum is only as good as the teacher delivering it. Before any classroom rollout, teachers go through structured training on both the subject matter and how to run each session.
Support continues after the initial training — through refresher sessions, classroom observation, and a point of contact for questions as the programme runs.

Assessment & Evidence
Progress is measured independently of the people delivering the programme, so outcomes reflect what students actually learned rather than how the programme felt to run.
Assessment results are shared back with the school and, where relevant, with the partner or department that nominated it — so everyone involved can see what's working and what needs to change.

Technology in the classroom
Aritrvarsha Foundation's curriculum is built around the "Aira" AI mentor and "WiseBot" device, licensed from WiseClub Ventures Private Limited under an arm's-length commercial arrangement.
Where a school doesn't yet have the device, or a reliable screen and internet connection, sessions are delivered using printed materials and a teacher-led format instead — the programme is designed to run either way, not to require infrastructure a low-income school may not have.
NEP 2020 & NCERT
The curriculum is designed to align with the competency-based learning approach set out in NEP 2020 and with NCERT's curricular framework, particularly around computational thinking and applied problem-solving.
This is a statement of pedagogical alignment, not an endorsement, approval, or partnership with any government body.
What a school commits to
Teacher time — at least one trained teacher available for every scheduled session, plus time for initial training.
Scheduling — a fixed weekly slot in the school timetable for the full academic term.
Space — a classroom or common area where a class can sit together. A dedicated lab is not required.
Connectivity — where the WiseBot device is used, a reliable power source and, ideally, an internet connection. Schools without reliable connectivity can still run the printed-material format.

Between 1 and 10,000 total students.
Existing technology access
None, limited, or a functional computer lab — all three are eligible; this affects delivery format, not eligibility.

None, intermittent, or reliable — same as above.
Commitment
Willingness to commit teacher time and a fixed weekly timetable slot for the full term.
